• All gold jewelry sold by Shahane Saraf is BIS hallmarked as per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking regulations.
• Diamond and gemstone specifications (carat, cut, clarity, colour) are provided to the best of our knowledge and are certified where applicable.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
• Gold jewelry prices are dynamic and are calculated based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of order placement, plus making charges, stone charges (if applicable), and GST.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold rates and market conditions. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders up to ₹50,000.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you of such cancellation promptly.

6. Order Acceptance & Processing

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is subject to our acceptance, product availability, and successful payment verification.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we will send you an order confirmation via email and SMS with your order details.
• For made-to-order items, production begins only after full payment confirmation. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our return and exchange process, including eligibility conditions and non-returnable items.

9. Gold Exchange Programme

Our gold exchange programme allows you to exchange gold jewelry purchased from Shahane Saraf towards new purchases. The exchange is subject to purity verification, prevailing market rates, and the terms described in our Returns & Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the exchange programme at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, icons, and software, is the intellectual property of Shahane Saraf and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
